At Winkori, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free refund process under specific conditions outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The product is not as described on our website.

Refunds are not applicable for:

Size-related issues (only exchange available).

Items returned without original packaging, tags, or that appear used.

Sale or clearance products.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Share your order number, reason for refund, and clear photos of the item (in case of damage or incorrect product).

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (if applicable).

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Refund Mode

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

Prepaid orders: Refunded to the same account/card used.

COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).

4. Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Winkori reserves the right to reject refund requests if return conditions are not met.

No refunds or exchanges on customized or personalized items.
