We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, errors in product information, or suspected fraud.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned, unless found to be faulty or damaged.

3. Payment

We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other methods listed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

COD is not applicable for customized orders.

For customized orders, full online payment is required at the time of confirming the design.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery timelines are 5–7 business days within India. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customized products may take 10–12 days for delivery.

You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for customized products.

If a customized item is returned due to damage or defect, it may be repurposed for marketing campaigns.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back with original tags and packaging.
