1. Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our official website only: https://winkori.com.

Please ensure all details (size, shipping address, contact number) are accurate before checkout.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. Payment Options

UPI / Net Banking

Wallets

Cash on Delivery (available in selected areas)

Note: Custom orders require online payment only at the time of design confirmation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India.

Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days (may vary by location).

Customized T-shirts: Delivery may take 10–12 working days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only.

No returns are accepted on customized design T-shirts.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Size exchanges are allowed once per order, depending on availability.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
